At Apipie Labs INC (“Apipie Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from apipielabs.com. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a return, refund, or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging;
- You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt);
- The item is not listed as non-returnable below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and personal care items;
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products;
- Digital products and gift cards;
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
To start a return, email us at apipielabs@gmail.com within the 7-day window with the following:
- Your order number;
- The item(s) you wish to return and the reason;
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If the product arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind or other reasons: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at apipielabs@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process above.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at apipielabs@gmail.com and we will assist you.
